Start Your Day With Peace and Harmony

Imagine waking up every day feeling a profound sense of alignment with your best self, ready to conquer the world. That's the dream, right?

Just know you're not alone in your quest for peace and harmony.

 

One of the practices I find most helpful with daily challenges, is to start the day with higher vibrational thoughts. I too sometimes tend to begin thinking about what I need to do for the day, and the challenges that need to be resolved.

 

When I notice myself doing that, I deliberately change my thoughts to my furry family sleeping peacefully beside me and allow deep gratitude in the present moment. I also do a quick practice I'd like to share with you.

 

In those first few moments of quiet, even before you open your eyes, take a minute or two to notice your first thoughts. This is a great opportunity to acknowledge the energy that fills you up, from your cells to the space around you.

 

Try it right now: pause for a moment, close your eyes if you like. Take a deep breath and feel the rhythm of your own life force coursing through you. Feel the beginning of something transformative.

 

See yourself not just as a physical body, but as an intricate network of cells, each pulsating with universal life force and intelligence. Feel your inner light extending out through your energy field all around you, reaching out four to six feet in all directions, encompassing your entire being.

 

Now, send love to all of you. Feel the love of every single cell and send gratitude. This act of self-love is a powerful affirmation of your interconnectedness with the universe.
