In each episode, we will open a new frequency file, exploring the patterns beliefs and energetic signals that shape our lives. This is about becoming more aware of the effects that energy has on your life.

 

Everything is energy, our thoughts, beliefs, everything we see, everything we touch, everything we hear, it's all energy, and that affects us as the energetic beings that we are.

Awareness changes frequency, which changes our experiences.

In each episode, we'll explore how energy shows up in real life experiences in your emotions, patterns and everyday situations, and how increasing awareness can begin to shift those experiences.

 

I'll then offer a light language transmission connected to the topic.

Light Language is a form of energetic communication through sound and frequency, usually channeled from celestial sources like angels, star systems (e.g., Sirius), or higher dimensional selves.

​

It works directly with your energy field and is guided through your own higher awareness. And this allows you to receive only what feels safe and aligned.

It is offered in connection with a field of pure love and light supporting gentle integration over time.
