"Your biofield, like your brain, is compartmentalized, with different emotional experiences stored in different stratospheric locations. Emotional experiences, like memories, are stored in standing waves around the body." McKusick, Eileen Electric Body, Electric Health: Using the Electromagnetism Within (and Around) You to Rewire, Recharge, and Raise Your Voltage

Taking care of your electric health can be a surprisingly efficient approach to well-being. We are made of electricity and static in that electricity can cause physical and emotional disconnects.
Think of yourself like a beautiful stringed instrument. When your energy is clear and flowing freely, you're in tune—you feel aligned, vibrant, and resilient. But emotional stress, trauma, overthinking, and even toxic environments can throw you out of tune.
You might feel foggy, drained, edgy, or disconnected, and often we try to fix it only from the physical end—food, sleep, supplements—without checking our electrical circuits.
Your electrical health is a reflection of your soul’s signal. Is it clear? Is it strong? Or is it getting lost in static?
Practices like grounding, energy healing, breathwork, and sound therapy help recharge and rebalance your electrical system. Even a barefoot walk on the earth can be an energetic reset, helping discharge built-up noise and restoring your natural frequency.
You’re not just “dealing with stress” when you do these things—you’re literally repairing your signal, allowing life force to move through you more smoothly. Your wise energy/body speaks in feelings, chills, and intuition to let you know there’s something that needs your attention.
So, the next time you feel “off,” consider checking with your electromagnetic body. Before you try to push through it or numb it out, pause and check your current.
Are you lit up from within? Or are you dimming your light to survive the noise?
Considering your electrical health is a reminder that you are a radiant, charged being made of starlight and sound. And tuning yourself, gently and regularly, is one of the most sacred forms of self-care you can offer.
In Love and Light,
Susan Wright
