If you’re like me, you might think “this sounds good. I’ll do it later when I have more time, or a moment to myself.” If you can actually schedule a time and show up for it, that’s great. So many times, we just never get to it.
NOW. Just take a moment or two to pause, take a breath and evoke a feeling of deep care for yourself. Send love to all of your cells that are constantly working to keep you alive and thriving.
How did that feel? I’m guessing pretty good.
The key is to do this often – YOU are worth it!
Remember, sometimes the journey to filling that sense of emptiness begins with the smallest of steps.
