  • is something missing?

Do you ever feel an emptiness inside, like something is missing, but you can’t quite put your finger on it? It’s a feeling that many of us encounter at some point—a quiet void that lingers even when everything seems to be going well on the surface. This emptiness can show up unexpectedly, leaving us wondering why we feel unfulfilled despite having what we thought we wanted.   Consider this could be a sign that your inner world might need more attention, care, and connection.   Life can sometimes pull us in so many directions that we lose touch with our deeper selves.   Many times we are distracted with achievements, responsibilities, and the daily grind, and in the process, we may neglect the parts of us that crave meaning, purpose, and connection.   When this feeling of emptiness arises, it’s a great opportunity to fill that void with love for yourself.   Allow yourself to slow down, reflect, and realign with what truly matters—YOU!   Do this for a moment NOW!  If you’re like me, you might think “this sounds good. I’ll do it later when I have more time, or a moment to myself.” If you can actually schedule a time and show up for it, that’s great. So many times, we just never get to it.   NOW.  Just take a moment or two to pause, take a breath and evoke a feeling of deep care for yourself. Send love to all of your cells that are constantly working to keep you alive and thriving.   How did that feel?  I’m guessing pretty good.    The key is to do this often – YOU are worth it!   Remember, sometimes the journey to filling that sense of emptiness begins with the smallest of steps.

  • how are you feeling?

Stop for just a second and check in. What are you thinking?  You know, thinking and feeling are quite related.   Is this how you’d like to feel?  If not, how would you like to feel? Can you bring that feeling to you now? What might it take for you to feel the way you would love to feel?   Go to the center of your heart/chest area and focus your breath there. This is where your core self resides, the YOU that is made of pure love and light. Call on your light to come forth. As you reach for your light, your light reaches for you.   Allow that light to slowly expand, through your body, illuminating every cell.  Feel your cells charged with light. Slowly expand your light further out through your energy field, and then slowly back to your center. Focus on your breath, breathing in and out through your heart area.    Evoke a feeling of genuine gratitude. Expand the feeling of gratitude out to your immediate surroundings, then out to your neighborhood, the city, state, country and the planet. Bring that feeling of gratitude back to yourself. Tak Allow yourself several minutes to do this. When thoughts come up, gently go back to the focus of your breath.   If there’s been something on your mind that evokes worry, you can ask your heart to show you the way. The answers are in your heart, not your head. Notice whether you're seeking answers from your head or your heart.  Information from your head can get confusing, sorting out all the things you’ve heard, seen, experienced.  Information from you heart is new, fresh, focused, and just the right thing for you.

  • Know Your Chakras, Know Yourself

The chakra system is one of several energy systems within us, and it's the most well-known. As beings of energy, we constantly interact with the energy around us, which moves through our mental and emotional vibrational levels. While most external energy passes through us without much impact, sometimes we encounter energy that resonates with our own, triggering memories and feelings. For example, you might be driving down the highway in spring and see a beautiful field of bluebonnets. You might feel peaceful, joyful or just in awe of the beauty. However, if there is a memory of a hurtful encounter related to bluebonnets, the energy of that memory, and the feelings that go with it, could come up. Think about a time when you felt joyful or peaceful and notice where that feeling is in your body. Think about what chakra or chakras those feelings might be associated with. By becoming more aware of how energy flows through your body and recognizing the connections between your emotions and chakras, you can begin to better understand and manage your own energy system.    The more you tune into your chakras and the energy around you, the more empowered you become to create a balanced and harmonious state of being. Take some time to reflect on your experiences and consider how they might be influencing your energy centers. As always, I'm here to support you on your journey toward greater self-awareness and well-being.

  • what is your energy body trying to tell you?

The human energy field is a dynamic system linked to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This field, often called the aura or biofield, surrounds and penetrates our body, affecting our health and consciousness.   Our body’s numerous energy systems work together as one to maintain balance throughout our entire being.  These systems facilitate the flow of vital life force throughout the layers of density. When they function well, energy flows freely, promoting health. Imbalances can lead to physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.   Our entire energy body consists of all densities of what appears to be physical and that which most of us can’t see.  It’s all energy which by nature is always moving and changing, adapting to the physical, emotional, and spiritual energy all around us. By understanding and nurturing our energy in it’s entirety, we can achieve greater harmony and alignment with our true selves.   Understanding and balancing our energy systems is simpler than it seems. By tuning into our innate wisdom, we can make changes that help maintain its natural balance.   We are constantly given clues. Clues are usually in the form something not feeling quite right, or when we feel pain, an uncomfortable emotion or some other discomfort.  Our willingness to explore these discomforts is the first step towards healing.

  • The Hidden Magic Inside You: Engage with Your Inner Wisdom

Humans have been searching for self-discovery for millennia.   Socrates, 469–399 B.C.E. a man known for his relentless questions more than his answers urged his fellow Athenians to “Know Thyself,” as the first step towards wisdom, leading to an authentic, virtuous life.   Acknowledging the power within ourselves, recognizing our inherent capabilities and strengths is the first step for deeper self-exploration and growth, leading to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.   The next step is getting in touch with our internal wisdom and strength that will guide us to actions and disciplines that are in alignment with our true potential.   Having conversations with our inner wisdom can open us to the potential within and allow for greater access to the upper realms where real magic is found. Pushing the boundaries of your capabilities and embracing new challenges might not be as easy as it sounds. It takes effort, practice and tools to push through the resistance of your subconscious mind whose job it is to keep you safe.  It finds many ways to keep you from reaching out into the unknown.     For me, it tends to be a bit like a roller-coaster ride. When I’m feeling confused and defeated I go to my inner wisdom, higher self, my heart and just talk about what is going on and how I feel about it. Soon I feel much better, clearer, ready and excited to move into action again. I get busy and things just fall into place. Magic happens. But, while I always acknowledge and thank my inner wisdom, I don’t always keep up the conversations.  And then, inevitably, something happens to bring up those lower vibration emotions again. That’s when, once more, I reach to my inner wisdom that is always present and lovingly waiting to lift me.   This journey of discovering our potential can help unlock the extraordinary magic that lies within us all. Through intentional effort and dedicate d practice, we can reach the upper realms of our own inner wisdom and experience the profound transformation. It’s not always an easy journey and moving through lower vibrations in order to release them, is a brave and sometimes necessary choice. Just know you are not alone.    The journey of self-discovery is a personal one, and while history offers us a treasure trove of insights, each individual’s path is unique. Embrace the journey, learning from the past, but always remembering your Inner Wisdom, your Higher Self, will lovingly guide you along the way.

  • The Impact of sound on body and mind

"Sound is a vibration that touches every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies." Jonathan Goldman "Healing Sounds: The Power of Harmonics."   It has been widely researched and is well-accepted that sound is more than just something we hear; it is a powerful vibrational force that resonates throughout our entire being, including our energy field.   Sound impacts our energy body as well as every cell in our physical body. This perspective can offer a deeper understanding of how sound can be “instrumental” (pardon the pun) for healing and wellness.   Research shows that sound interacts with the body on multiple levels, including the physical, emotional, and energetic. This concept illustrates the interconnectedness of our sensory and cellular experiences, suggesting that sound waves can stimulate cellular processes, promote relaxation, and facilitate emotional release.   With the practice of sound healing, specific frequencies and harmonics are used to restore balance and harmony within the body.   Listening to some kinds of music can evoke feelings of relaxation or joy for some people. Other music might evoke feelings of irritation or even anger. We’ve all experienced it, but we might not realize the effect on our entire being.   Research suggests that harmonious sound frequencies can promote healing, reduce stress, and enhance overall quality of life.   By understanding that our cells naturally vibrate, and that vibration can be impacted by vibrations in our environment, we can get a better idea of the healing power of sound. This can empower us to use our voices and other sound tools to foster physical and emotional healing.   Do this now:  Use your own voice to create a consistent vibration within your body and energy field by repeatedly toning a vowel sound such as Eh, Ah, Oh, Uh, or AUM. Play with different notes and octaves and notice where it feels best.   Watch this great demonstration of how we can heal with sound, a video with Jonathan and his wife Andi Goldman saying a few words about vibration and sacred sound. They begin a meditation at 14:26 minutes into the video that includes sounding OM. Enjoy!! Jonathan and Andi Goldman

  • Balancing Lower Vibrations: A Path to Spiritual Evolution

"Emotions like fear, anxiety, and anger are lower vibrations that can keep us stuck in old patterns and prevent us from moving forward." – Dr. Joe Dispenza   Lower vibrations are an integral part of the human experience on Earth, the three-dimensional plane. These vibrations hold us down like gravity holds us to Earth. They aren't bad, they are essential elements we came to this planet to experience and learn from as part of our evolutionary journey. By encountering and balancing these lower vibrations, we evolve and grow, gaining a deeper understanding of our existence.   These lower vibrational emotions feel bad because they are so distant from the vibration of our true self. We often experience guilt and shame when we have feelings of resentment, anger, and hate. These feelings can trap us in a cycle of lower vibrations, making it challenging to break free and align with our higher selves. Recognizing and addressing these emotions is crucial for our personal growth and well-being.   We have feelings about our thoughts and thoughts about our feelings and that can sometimes turn into beliefs. Thoughts and beliefs reside in the emotional and mental layers of our energy field, or aura.   Our energy body is densest at the physical level, which we perceive as our physical body. Beyond this, our aura extends into increasingly less dense layers of emotional, mental, and spiritual energy.   Emotional energy relates to our feelings and states of mind, linked closely to the limbic system of the brain, while mental energy is associated with our thoughts and beliefs.   Spiritual energy, the most subtle and highest vibration, connects us to the Divine and our higher self. By focusing on spiritual energy through practices like meditation and prayer, we can achieve profound inner healing and transcend the limitations of the physical plane.     Do this now: Close your eyes and focus on the core of light within you. See it grow bigger and brighter, expanding out to emotional energy level and clearing away any lower vibration energy that you may or may not be aware of.   Allow your Light to expand even further into the mental energy level, clearing out any lower vibration thoughts residing there. Continue expanding your Light as you reach the Spiritual level of your energy body, connecting with your Higher Self and Inner Wisdom. Stay there as long as you like.   If you like, ask your Inner Wisdom a question. The answer might come as a word or two, or a picture or feeling, but it will come quickly, before your mind can interfere. If you don’t get anything immediately, the answer might come later, when you least expect it. Practicing this often strengthens your connection to your Higher Self and helps clear the lower vibrations that are not serving you.

  • Acknowledge Your Inner Power: Embrace Introspection and Self-Discovery

"The power is within you. It always has been. How far are you willing to expand the horizons of your thinking and stir that power awake?" Louise Hay  Strength, resilience, and creativity are not external forces. These inherent abilities reside within each of us. Yet, many of us have learned to focus primarily on the outer world to meet our needs, overlooking the profound solutions that only lie within.   True solutions and lasting change are not found externally. Through introspection and self-discovery, we uncover the resources needed to overcome challenges and achieve our deepest desires.   The question is, to what extent are you willing to push the boundaries of your thinking? By expanding your horizons and embracing new perspectives, you can unlock new dimensions of inner power. This journey involves breaking free from limiting beliefs and embracing the unknown with courage and curiosity.   Personal growth and empowerment are deeply connected to the willingness to explore, learn, and evolve. Fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and resilience enables you to thrive in the face of adversity. It can be intimidating. Our systems are designed to protect us and maintain the status quo. It’s important to acknowledge and thank your subconscious, where learned beliefs and behaviors reside, for its efforts to keep you safe. Then, step by step, learn to take ownership of your potential. Actively engage in the process of awakening and connecting with your inner power.

  • Align With the High Vibrations of Universal Love and Healing

"The universe is a symphony of energetic vibrations. Tune into the frequency of love and healing, and you'll resonate with the harmony of your true self."  Deepak Chopra   The universe is a symphony of high vibrations, each note signifying boundless potential within and around us. Every atom, every particle, and every breath we take resonates with the vibration of existence.   By attuning ourselves to these subtle frequencies, we can experience the peace and energetic balance of Universal Love. Love is the highest vibration and a powerful force. When we embrace love, we align ourselves with the purest form of energy, one that nurtures, heals, and rejuvenates.   Tuning into the frequency of love and healing is more than a metaphor; it's a way of life. It’s a practice of noticing when we are in lower vibrational thoughts and being willing to reach for even a slightly higher vibration.   You have a choice to increase your ability to turn from the lower vibrations your outer world might evoke to the higher vibration of your true self and inner wisdom.   When you focus on the frequency of love and healing, you not only transform your own life but also elevate the energy of those around you. In this resonance, you find the true essence of who you are, a being of light and energy, perfectly in sync with the vast, beautiful universe.

  • Embracing Challenges as Stepping Stones to Success

Life's daily stresses can often feel overwhelming, making us believe we're alone in our struggles. But the truth is, many others face similar challenges. Their details may differ, but at the core, our struggles are shared.   Life's journey is full of tests that can be used to build our resilience and determination. However, challenges, whether minor or daunting, can be hard to see as opportunities when we're in the thick of them. Taking some time to reflect on past hurdles and recognize how you overcame them can reveal your true strength and potential.   When you encounter a challenge, or think of one you’re experiencing now, take a moment to breathe and connect with your heart center. Consider that challenge could be guidance from your own Inner Wisdom, urging you to grow.   Shift from blame and overthinking to viewing obstacles as chances to learn how to create more of what you want in life. By practicing this mindset, you can transform challenges into powerful catalysts for living your dreams.   Keep your focus on the bigger picture, believe in your abilities, and stay committed to your goals. Remember, progress, no matter how small, is still progress. And most importantly, know that you are not alone.   You are capable of incredible things. Each challenge you conquer brings you closer to your dreams. Continue pushing forward with confidence and courage. Your perseverance will lead you to success.   Wishing you strength and inspiration in all your endeavors.

  • Transform your thoughts - unlimited possibilities are available

Peaceful lake. Small sailboat. Wind moves the sailboat. Movement of the sailboat creates a wake from the movement through the water. It rearranges and then settles. There’s no trace of where the boat has been .   Our minds often work this way.   Take a moment to observe your current thoughts. What were you thinking about 20 minutes ago? What do you think about when you first wake up? What are you thinking about as you are going to sleep? Notice the feelings those thoughts evoke.   Are you anxious about something upcoming, or perhaps you're making plans? Maybe you're feeling regretful or sad about something from the past.   Or maybe you feel good about something from the past, or excited about something you’re expecting.   These are simply memories or anticipations. Some feel good, some don’t.   Notice how past experiences can shape your thoughts about the future. Know that you can change your thoughts when you notice those thoughts are not bringing you peace or excitement.   Do this now:   Pause, Quiet your mind, Allow the vastness of unlimited possibilities to bring more vibrancy to your moment.   Did you feel a shift, perhaps even a touch of excitement?   Consider doing this when you get up in the morning, when you go to bed, and any time throughout the day. Unlimited possibilities are always available.

  • create a better story

“Every time we have a thought we make a chemical. If we have good, elevated thoughts or happy thoughts we make chemicals that make us feel good or happy. And if we have negative thoughts or bad thoughts or insecure thoughts we make chemicals that make us feel exactly the way we are thinking. So every chemical that is released in the brain is literally a message that feeds the physical body. Now the body begins to feel the way we are thinking.”  ~ Dr. Joe Dispenza Our focus on the outer world can evoke a range of emotions, from happiness to fear and sadness. The same person, place, or thing might bring joy to one person and sorrow to another. This is because our experiences, thoughts, and beliefs filter our perceptions.   These filters are shaped by our direct experiences and the stories we hear from others, often absorbing their energy and emotions.   When we listen to someone else's story, we can't fully grasp every detail of their experience. We fill in the gaps with our own interpretations, essentially creating our own version of their story.   This makes it challenging to find absolute truth and security in the outer world alone.   Relying solely on our outer world, without considering our inner wisdom, can lead to worry, stress, and anxiety—triggering a chemical reaction in our bodies.    However, becoming aware of this process can help us redirect our thoughts and shift our beliefs about ourselves and others, leading to greater peace.   By blending our inner wisdom with our perception of the outer world, we can find a more authentic understanding of our beliefs.   For example, the feeling of not being good enough to do, be, or have something we desire comes from a learned belief, not an absolute truth.   It's essential to question these beliefs and their origins. Ask yourself: are they really true, or is it something I've merely heard repeatedly.    Or is it a story I or someone else made up? You can find clues by noticing how your body is feeling about the way you are thinking.   Strengthening our connection with our inner wisdom can bring us closer to finding more balance and peacefulness in mind, body and spirit.
